    What to expect: A 2HR class starting with a short guided breathwork practice to have you arrive in the present moment, a slow yoga flow to create fluidity and mobility in the body, followed by a series of yin postures to release additional tension, and last but not least a guided meditation to deepen your relaxation in your final savasana.
