    All of which will lead you to disconnect from your daily to-dos and give you the time to reconnect with yourself. Vinyasa Flow offers a challenging yet welcoming session.

  • A special and unique way to slow down and let go.

    Expect to enter a 60-minute Yin Yoga class that gently guides you through deep stretches and long-held poses to release tension and improve flexibility. Immediately after, transition into a 30-minute guided Yoga Nidra session, a restful meditation designed to promote relaxation and inner calm. This class is open to all levels, offering a smooth journey from movement to stillness.

  • Our Asana Lab is designed to give you the tools, space, and support to explore more advanced postures, including arm balances, inversions, and deeper stretches.

    Expect technical guidance, hands-on assists, and plenty of time to break things down and build them up again. With the use of props, partner support, and refined alignment cues, you’ll gain confidence, strength, and mobility in a safe and encouraging environment.

    Whether you're working toward a specific pose or simply curious to expand your practice, this session is for you.

  • A breathwork class that combines conscious-connected breathing with evocative music. Guiding you to gain insight into your inner world and enabling you to access memories, emotions, and subconscious blockages all through the power of breath.

  • Expect to enter a candlelit room filled with soothing tunes. You will find yourself in deeper stretches and longer holds, all whilst reconnecting to your breath.

    This practice will have you feeling more restful and at ease towards the end of it. A class such as this one brings you right back home.

  • This class offers a powerful combination of conscious breath and dynamic movement. Beginning with an extended grounding breathwork session to anchor your awareness and prepare your body. You’ll then move through a focused, energizing vinyasa sequence designed to build strength, flexibility, and inner heat.
    The practice closes with another breathwork segment to help you reset, restore, and leave feeling centered and recharged.
